We collect from your door.
Choose a pickup period in the app, or an exact hour with Urgent. When the driver is on the way to collect, you see the arrival time in minutes.

Washed or dry-cleaned.
Your order goes to the laundry, and the app shows each stage as it happens: at the laundry, washing, ready.

Ironed and prepared.
Your items are ironed and prepared. Washing, dry cleaning and ironing options and their prices are shown in the app before you order.

Back to your door.
For Normal orders you choose a return date in the app. Urgent orders are ready within 180 minutes of being received at the laundry.

How does Urgent work?
Urgent orders are ready within 180 minutes of being received at the laundry. You choose an exact pickup hour. Availability, cut-off times and eligible items are shown in the app.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum laundry order is AED 30 of services, before fees and credit.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The app shows each stage, from pickup to delivery. When the driver is on the way to collect, you see the arrival time in minutes. The driver’s live location is not shown.
How do I pay?

Eligible new customers receive AED 105 in their Fabrio wallet, granted until 30 November 2026. Each credit is valid for 30 days, up to AED 35 per order, with 24 hours between uses. One per account, granted once and never renewed.
